Ron Herman is selective in the types of cases he accepts, concentrating his practice on white collar criminal defense and federal offenses, such as wire fraud, cryptocurrency crimes, Covid-19 loan (PPP) fraud, and healthcare fraud and conspiracy. He also has extensive experience defending a wide range of business professionals during the investigation phase, before criminal charges are filed. Ron is well-known in and out of the legal community as a skilled criminal litigator who is respected by judges, prosecutors, and community leaders. He is currently serving as a Vice Chair of the Village of Wellington Public Safety Committee, having previously served two consecutive terms on the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board.
